How are your Ebikes shipped?
We offer free US continental shipping on all of our ebikes. We work with multiple fright companies to ensure your product is delivered safely and timely. Delivery time may vary for different products depending on inventory, manufacturer availability, required assembly/build/test and delivery location. We will contact you with delivery details as soon as we process your order. In the meantime, if you have any questions regarding delivery estimates please contact us at (941) 259 8350 Ext1.
All of our ebikes are fully tested, assembled and upgraded to the latest software prior to shipping. Some minor assembly might be needed to prevent damage during shipping. We will guide you through the necessary installations.
For our local customers we deliver the bike to you fully assembled in person at no charge.

I don't see the ebike model/brand I'm looking for available in your store
If you are looking for a product from one of our brand partners and it is not available on our site, please contact us, we can check availability with the manufacturer and special order the product for you.
At Shoreline Ebikes we only work with a select number of manufactures. We have very high standards for all the products we offer. Our ebike models and partners are the best in the industry and spend a considerable amount of time and resources on engineering, testing and design. This translates to premium ebikes that will last for a lifetime if properly cared for and a safe and enjoyable ride for our customers. There are only a few ebike stores in the US that spend the same amount of time researching and carefully selecting partners and ebike models as we do. Unfortunately, the electric bike industry is crowded with inferior quality products that can't be serviced and can be a safety concern for users. There are reputable manufactures at different price points, its our pleasure and professional responsibility to guide and advise our customers through the selection process to match them with an electric bike that suits their specific needs.

what support do you provide for the ebikes you carry/sell?
We offer premium electric bikes and premium services. In addition to matching the manufacturer warranty, our customers will benefit from our support for the lifetime of the product. Our trained service team can diagnose all of our ebikes in house and have the ability to order parts if needed. Please contact us directly at (941) 259 8350 with your specific concerns and we will work diligently to get you back on your ebike promptly.
What is you return or exchange policy?
Bike Accessories:
Unused items can be return in its original packaging within 30 days. Opened items returns is at the sole discretion of the shop, and might be issued as store credit. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Special order items are non-refundable.

Why do you only offer a limited amount of brands?
We consider our selves ambassadors of the electric bicycle industry and as such, we spend a considerable amount of time and research into offering the best quality products to our customers. We are constantly working with ebike manufactures across the globe to understand their operations and products in detail. Our ebikes are selected by their quality of engineering, safety and design. In addition we partner only with manufactures that share the values that guide us to long lasting-success.
How can I purchase a bike online from your store?
Our electric bikes are available for purchase online at MSRP and we cover the freight shipping cost across continental US. However, we want to ensure that we do our best to match you with a product that will fit your needs and thus for all of our manufacturers we require the following:
- An in store quality check of the purchased electric bike
- A test ride with one of our associates or a qualified brand dealer. We can provide you with the nearest location.
- In store assembly of all parts uninstalled by manufacturer for shipping purposes and installation of software upgrades if needed
- Detailed instructions on how to operate ebike and all components prior and post delivery of product.
Electric Bike rentals
What payment methods do you accept?
We run a cash free rental operation. All major Credit Cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express)
What is the age limit required for rentals?
The minimum age is 18. For young children we offer Thule child bike seats and carriers as additional accessories to your rental.
how does your free delivery pickup works?
We work with major hotels in the area to deliver our ebikes. We also deliver to private residences and Airbnbs. Our customers select a delivery location and time window for our half day, full day or 24 hours rental periods and we deliver and pick up the ebikes to your selected location. Our rental software manages all of our delivery logistics and delivery windows are constantly updated for availability and timing of our operations. Deliveries outside of our areas, as per our booking online system, will need to be confirmed for timing and availability.
What if I want to keep my ebike longer than reserved?
We know you will love our ebikes. This is usually not a problem unless our fleet is fully booked for the additional desired time. The earliest you let us know the better to ensure we can keep you riding longer!
Why my ebike can't be deliver to the beach or public location/parks?
Please note that per the Code of Ordinances of Sarasota County, delivering rental bike/equipment to beaches and public parks is considered a code violation and can result in fines. We are working with the local government to allow this type of service in the future and provide the extra level of convenience to our customers. As such, companies providing these services are doing so illegally. Our delivery operations are fully insured and we do not operate outside the Sarasota County Code of Ordinance.
