How our ebike pre order process works?
We strive to maintain a high level of inventory of all the brands/models of electric bikes we carry available to our customers at all times. However, our inventory level can be restricted by retail space and manufacturer availability.
After we receive your form and refundable deposit, a Shoreline Ebike team member will contact you to discuss your needs and ensure you are matched with the prefect ebike.
Once your selection is confirmed we will either, request availability and timing with manufacture, or for in stock orders, we will discuss orientation, delivery or pickup options.
*Please note, after order confirmation a full deposit is required.
If you are in Sarasota, Tampa, Venice, St Petersburg, Naples or Fort Myers region, after you bike is delivered to us, we will ensure is in perfect condition, fully assembled and all software is up to date. We can then deliver the bike to you and offer in home or office orientation at no additional fee.
We do ship certain bikes brands in the US. However, if possible, we encourage all of our customers to first contact their local shops. The live experience of going over all the bike features and level of personal service is paramount when understanding your electric bicycle and enjoying all of its features for years to come.
