We make every effort to match you with the best product for your specific needs and every single ebike we sell goes through extensive selection process and quality checks to ensure it meets our standards.  On a case-by-case basis we will accept the return or exchange of an unused ebike within 30 days of purchase.  The customer is responsible for any incurred related shipping cost, credit card and restocking fees. 

Special order Ebikes are non-refundable.

​Bike accessories

Unused items can be return in its original packaging within 30 days. Opened items returns is at the sole discretion of the shop, and might be issued as store credit. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Special order items are non-refundable.

Electric boards and scooters are non-refundable. Specific product warranty is directly provided by original manufacturer.
